Zula

Zula Casino Bonus Codes

Zula casino does not have any bonus codes. But don’t worry — bonuses are plentiful, including a no deposit welcome bonus worth $10 exclusive for our readers when you sign up to Zula casino today through our links. Additionally, by signing up through our links, you’ll also set yourself up for an awesome first deposit bonus of 250,000 Gold Coins + 10 Sweeps Coins for only $2.99.

All Sweeps Coins including those awarded from the above bonus must be played through twice before they can be redeemed. However, once you’ve done that and have collected at least 50 Sweeps Coins, you’re ready to turn them into real cash.

Software and Games

With over 2,500 games from more than 40 developers, Zula Casino practically guarantees that there’ll be something for everyone. Games are categorized in a variety of ways, including whether they’re a fish game, a megaways slot, or if they have some sort of jackpot mechanic.

Though personally, I find that their search bar is the real star of the show. While you can use it like a normal search bar to seek out specific games, you can also click the drop-down menu beside it to get a full list of games from specific developers.

Though while there are a lot of ways to search out games, the easiest way is by dividing them into their two main categories. Below, we’ll be covering these categories.

Zula Online Slots

Slots are the main attraction at Zula — with 2,500+ games currently available and more being added every week. If you don’t have a specific game in mind, the hot category is a great place to start. You can get started with most games for 0.2SC, though if you’re looking for games with even smaller minimum bets, you can check out the Classic section of slot games.

Personally though, I’m a big fan of Relax Gaming slots, so that’s usually what I’m searching for. If you’re looking for a game to start off with, the Great Western Express series has long been a favorite of both mine and most of the team — having scooped many of the awards related to being slot of the year.

Lots of bonuses, a 96% RTP, expanding reels, and character enhancing features are just the tip of the iceberg with this one. But it’s not the only great game available at Zula — and some other great games are:

• Jester’s Riches by Booming Games
• 4 Pots Riches Hold and Win by Relax Gaming
• Candy Dreams by EVO
• 3 Hot Chillies by Relax Gaming
• Starburst by NetEnt

If you’re familiar with slot machine developers you’ll notice that Zula Casino has a distinctly European feel. Some providers you won’t see at traditional US online casinos can be found here. We were happy to see the addition of NetEnt after Pragmatic Play was removed because they left the sweeps industry. Besides the big names like Relax Gaming and Novomatic, plenty of smaller studios make up for a unique catalog of games.

Fish Game Selection

Most players will sign up to Zula for the slots, but don’t let that trick you into thinking that’s all they have. Fish games are one of my favorite things about sweepstakes casinos. And with Zula, you get 10+ to choose from.

If you’ve never played a fish game before, I’ll give you a quick rundown. It’s like an arcade shooter; whatever you set your stake is not only how much each bullet will cost to fire, but it’s also how much damage the bullet will do. As you play, different sized figures will swim across your screen that you can shoot at. When you take one of them down, you’ll collect the bounty. The bigger the target, the bigger the bounty.

At Zula, you can choose from the following:

• Emily’s Treasure
• Caishen Dao
• Force of Dragon
• Golden Dragon
• Ka Fish Hunter
• King Octopus
• Mermaid Hunter
• Space Cowboy
• Poseidon’s Secret
• Giant Fishhunter
• Three Headed Dragon
• Balloon Mania
• Lucky Shooter
• Hook Up! Fishing Wars
• Fortune Zombie 2

Most of these games have a 96% RTP — so you should really just pick whichever one has the theme you most like.

Once you select your game, you’ll be given an option of three rooms to enter based on how much you want to stake. Bronze is 0.01-0.1SC, silver is 0.1-1SC, and gold is 1-10SC. However, if you’ve never played a fish game before, then I definitely recommend you start off by using Gold Coins.

Sweepstakes Gaming

A massive upside of playing at Zula is that like most sweepstakes casinos, you have two currencies. Gold Coins are the first currency that you need to know. With them, you can participate in standard play where you try out games without needing to risk any of your premium currency. Speaking of the premium currency, Sweeps Coins are the second currency you need to know. With Sweeps Coins, you access promotional play, which is fundamentally the same as standard play, except with Sweeps Coins, you can exchange your winnings for real cash prizes.

If you’re familiar with gambling laws in the US, then the above might seem odd to you. But this is where the No Purchase Necessary policy comes into play. This policy is what separates a sweepstakes casino from more traditional online casinos; as with it, sweepstakes casinos like Zula are required to give players a chance to win prizes for free. The way most of them do it is through bonuses.

Regardless of how you earn your Sweeps Coins though, you’ll need to meet the playthrough requirement of x1 before you can redeem them for a prize.

Zula Casino Bonuses and Promotions

As mentioned above, the main way to get free Sweeps Coins at Zula is through their bonuses. Below, we’ll cover all the ways you can currently get free Sweeps Coins.

No Deposit Bonus

Zula casino offers one of the very best no deposit bonuses that you’ll find, giving new users a no deposit welcome bonus of 120,000 Gold Coins + 10 Sweeps Coins.

The way this bonus breaks down is shown below:

• Registration Bonus — 2 SC
• Phone Verification Bonus — 3 SC
• Email Consent Bonus — 2 SC
• SMS Consent Bonus — 2 SC
• Daily Login Bonus — 1 SC

For a total first-day bonus of 10 SC. This makes the Zula bonus one of the absolute best bonuses that you’ll find at any sweepstakes casino — tied only by Fortune Wins.

First Purchase Bonus

No deposit bonuses are great. But for serious players, at some point you’ll probably want to boost your Sweeps Coins with a purchase. And here, Zula has another ace up their sleeve. Zula’s first purchase bonus awards new players 250,000 Gold Coins + 10 Sweeps Coins for only $2.99. — that’s bigger than a 300% bonus. Again, as far as first purchase bonuses go, Zula has one of the best.

How to Get More Free Sweeps

While the above are the most popular bonuses available at Zula, they aren’t the only ones you can claim. Below, you can find the other Zula promotions that award free Sweeps Coins.

• Daily Login Bonus — We briefly covered the daily login bonus above, but it’s not just a day 1 bonus. With this bonus, every single day that you log in you’ll be able to claim a free 10,000 GC + 1 SC.
• Referral Bonus — Refer a friend to Zula, and you’ll both get a bonus. For your friend, they’ll get an extra 10% on whatever they purchase. Though for you, the bonus will vary based on what package your friend purchased — starting at 5.05 SC + 100,000 GC, and going all the way up to 30.96 SC + 1M GC.
• Social Media Promotions — Follow the Zula Facebook page to get access to a variety of exclusive bonuses. The most common of these is where they’ll post a question on their page, and the best answer will get free coins. However, their Facebook page is also where they announce tournaments and contests before anywhere else. These contests usually require you to play a specific slot game and will award extra SC to players who earn the most SC in a given time frame.
• Mail-In Bonus — Send in a handwritten letter to Zula and you can request 5 SC. The Zula mail-in has a lot of terms to it, and Zula can be pretty strict in awarding this bonus. So if you are interested in claiming this one, I strongly recommend you head to the Sweeps Rules page at Zula so you can read over the terms yourself.
• VIP Program — The Zula VIP program gives VIP members access to exclusive bonuses, depending on their tier. All users start at bronze with access to the aforementioned daily bonus. However, after you purchase just $5 worth of packages, you’ll tier up to silver and get access to additional perks. As you continue climbing these bonuses will get better — including access to weekly bonuses, birthday bonuses, and even a special secret bonus.

Promo Codes Terms and Requirements

As with all bonuses, there are a couple of terms & conditions that you’ll need to keep in mind when claiming them.

• Welcome bonuses are exclusive to new users.
• All users must be 18+ from the date of registration.
• Users in Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, and Washington cannot play at Zula casino.
• All bonuses have an x1 playthrough requirement. For example, if you get a 10SC bonus, you must play 10SC worth of games before your bonus can be redeemed for a real cash prize.
• VIP status may be lowered if the player is not active.
• Sweep Coins are only valid for 120 days from when the user last logged in.

How to Play at Zula Casino

Signing up to Zula might seem a little confusing at first, but don’t sweat it. I was able to complete the whole process in about 5 minutes, and below, I’ll give you the five steps to make signing up to Zula simple.

1. Use our play button to navigate to the Zula homepage and click the big ‘Join Now’ button.
2. Enter your first and last name, email, and desired password. Then, once you’ve read through the terms & conditions, tick the relevant boxes and click the ‘Create An Account’ button.
3. Once you’ve done that, a registration link will be sent to your email. Click it to confirm your account.
4. Mobile verification is next. Enter in your mobile number when prompted, and then enter the code messaged to you. Once you do this, you’re in.
5. You’re now ready to play. Though if you want the rest of your welcome bonus, make sure to opt into their SMS and email program. Then just collect your daily login bonus, and the entire 10SC bonus will be yours.

And that’s it. You’re now ready to start playing at Zula.

Banking

Playing at Zula casino is 100% free. Users can choose to play only with Gold Coins, or alternatively, they can choose to use only Sweeps Coins that they’ve won through free promotions. However, if you’re hoping to win real cash prizes, you may choose to purchase Gold Coins and to also redeem your Sweeps Coins. Below, we’ll cover exactly how to do that.

Purchasing Gold Coins

Purchasing Gold Coins is very easy. Just head to the Coin Store and select whichever package you prefer. Once you do, you’ll have the option of paying by bank transfer or using a credit/debit card. Then, just follow the prompts to complete the payment.

Regardless of how you pay for your Gold Coins, your payment should be instant, and your purchased Gold Coins and free Sweeps Coins will be immediately credited to your account.

Redeeming Cash Prizes

Once you’ve collected at least 50SC and have completed your x1 playthrough requirements you’ll be ready to redeem your Sweeps Coins for a real money cash prize. To start off with, just head to the redemption menu and choose how you want to redeem your Sweeps Coins.

Once you’ve selected your redemption method and have entered how many Sweeps Coins you want to redeem, you’ll be able to click the “Redeem” button. Redemptions at Zula Casino are all processed manually; as such, it can take up to seven business days to receive your funds, though I personally have never had to wait longer than 48 hours, with my last two even taking less than 24 hours each. The one exception will be your first redemption. This is because when you go for your first redemption, you will be required to complete Zula’s KYC verification procedures.

Is Zula Casino Legit?

It can sometimes be a little tricky working out whether a sweepstakes casino is legit. With Zula though, this is thankfully not the case. They’ve got licensed games from some of the most popular developers like Relax Gaming and NetEnt, they comply with all of the relevant sweepstakes rules, and I can personally testify to the fact that they process redemptions in a timely manner. But don’t just take my opinion for it. From over 24,000 reviews on Trustpilot, Zula has scored an astounding 4.6/5.

These reviews are not necessarily the gold standard when determining whether or not a sweepstakes casino is legit — though with that being said, they can definitely be the icing on the cake.

With all this said, the SweepsGods are all in agreement that Zula Casino is 100% legit.

Where is Zula Casino Legal?

While being a sweepstakes casino does allow Zula to offer their services to a wider array of players, there still are some restrictions. To start off with, Zula casino employs a strict 18+ age policy. Secondly, there are a few states that prohibit their citizens from signing up. As such, if you reside in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, or Washington you will not be able to play at Zula.

Mobile Gameplay

Zula Casino added dedicated mobile apps for iOS and Android users for download. It’s also still possible to access Zula through their mobile browser.

I’ve used it on my Samsung dozens of times, and while I do prefer playing on my computer, the mobile site is perfectly functional. And speaking to other team members, they have confirmed that the Zula mobile site also functions perfectly on the iPhones.

Security and Responsible Gambling

When it comes to security and Zula, you have nothing to worry about. Their site is protected by SSL encryption technology — so any sensitive data you enter is 100% secure. Further, with a variety of no deposit bonuses including a daily 1SC login bonus, they more than meet the No Purchase Necessary policy that all sweepstakes casinos must abide by.

Plus, if at any time you feel that social gaming is starting to have a negative impact on your life, you can easily time yourself out by either emailing Zula casino directly, or selecting the time-out option when opening a ticket. Additionally, you can also email them to close your account or enter a self-exclusion period. For more information, click the Responsible Social Gameplay link available at the bottom of every Zula webpage.

Customer Support

If you need to reach customer support, you’ve got three main avenues to go down. Zula representatives are pretty responsive on Facebook — making it a decent place to go for help. However, I found that the best way to get your issues solved quickly was to either submit a ticket through the “Contact Us” page or email them directly at support@zulacasino.com.

There is no live chat option, which is usually my go-to method. But replies came promptly when I emailed them — and they were always very helpful and polite.

Tips for Playing at Zula Casino

If you’ve never played at Zula before, we’ve got some tips for you to ensure that you have the best experience possible.

• Log in Daily — With the daily login bonus awarding all users 1 SC & 10,000 GC for free for each day that you log in, you should always make time to log into your Zula account. Even if you don’t plan on playing for that particular day, that login bonus can just as easily be put towards your next session.
• Play High RTP Games — If you want to give yourself the best chance at coming out ahead, stick to high RTP games. RTP determines the percentage of your stake returned to you on average and can be found in the menu of most slot games. As a general rule, stick to games with an RTP of 96%+.
• Set a Limit and Stick to it — Bad luck will hit everyone at some point or another. But what separates responsible players from those who are likely to develop problem gaming habits is the ability to cut losses and set limits. That’s why we recommend that before starting any session, you set out in your mind how much you’re willing to lose, and stick to it.

Areas Zula Casino Could Improve

So far we’ve covered a lot of things that really make Zula stand out in a positive way. However, that’s not to say that they’re perfect. After playing for a few weeks, the other SweepsGods and I have come up with a list of things that let Zula down.

• No Table Games — You won’t find table casino style games besides video poker at Zula which is pretty odd. Most sweepstakes casinos do tend to focus on slots and fish games, which is fine — but with that being said, it’s nice to have the option for blackjack or roulette as well.
• No Live Chat — While the customer support at Zula is good, live chat on a site is always better. You can contact the support team on Facebook Messenger and Instagram but it’s not really the same.

Review Summary

With 120,000 free Gold Coins + 10 free Sweeps Coins on sign-up, it’s no wonder why Zula is as popular as they are. With a good variety of slots and fish games, there will always be something to play. So with all that being said, I’m more than happy to give Zula casino the SweepsGods seal of approval.

Zula Sister Casinos

My first impression of Zula was just how much it reminded me of another of my favorite sweepstakes casinos, Fortune Wins. Similar games, similar site design, and a similar juicy welcome bonus. The other Blazesoft sites are similar as well including YayCasino, the new American Luck Casino, and Sportzino, which has the added bonus of a sportsbook section.
