Software and Games

LuckyLand Slots has 120 + slots, jackpot games, instant wins, and one blackjack game. Games are made in-house by VGW Games along with Relax Gaming, ReelPlay, and NetEnt. The games are easy to navigate as you can just scroll through them from the home screen. However, there is no search function, and it would be good if there were some more categories.

A big problem with LuckyLand Slots is they don’t have published RTPs. I spent way too long trying to find info about specific slots and came up short. Overall, the slots are very basic, most of them are 5X3 games with a free spins bonus round.

When compared with the latest video slots from many top providers, it is seriously lacking in features and interesting slot mechanics. The site has gone beyond only offering its own in-house games at least with the addition of quality providers like NetEnt, ReelPlay, and Relax Gaming.

LuckyLand Slots Online Slots

LuckyLand Slots offers 120 + slot titles, many of which are made in-house by VGW Games. VGW Games holds a Malta Gaming Authority license, so you can be confident that the slots have been independently tested and are legit. However, LuckyLand Slots does not publish the RTPs for its games, which is a little strange. You’ll find a few games offered by the reputable providers that are well-known like NetEnt and Relax Gaming. Both of which are fully licensed and trusted in the industry.

Overall, I was not impressed with the slots at LuckyLand Slots. They all look like cheap copies of originals; for example, Power Of Ra is a poor remake of Book of Dead, and Mayan Gold is like a B-grade version of Aztec Millions. That being said, two slots are added monthly so there’s a slow progression of improvement happening.

Virtually all of the slots are 5X3 games with 20 to 50 paylines and a free spins bonus game. I was disappointed not to find any Megaways games or slots with tumbling reels or clusters. At least some slots did have sizable jackpots, which can stretch into the 6 figures.

If you absolutely must play slots at LuckyLand Slots, then stick to Winner & a Movie. This slot features a fun film noir theme and will transport you back to the golden age of Hollywood. Winner & a Movie has multipliers, hold and spin, and you can trigger up to 25 free spins.

If you are looking for game variety, then LuckyLand Slots is not for you. Apart from slots, there are some instant wins, jackpot games, and a single blackjack table.

Sweepstakes Gaming

If you are familiar with sweepstakes casinos, then LuckyLand Slots works the same way. They give away free sweeps coins via different bonuses like no deposit and daily login or when you buy gold coins. You can play games via gold coins or sweeps coins, but only sweeps coins have value and can be redeemed for cash prizes. Playing games with gold coins is similar to playing at a social casino.

All sweeps coins come with a 1x playthrough requirement at LuckyLand Slots 1 SC is worth $1. Once you have at least 50 SC, you can redeem them for cash prizes via online bank transfer. The fact that sweeps coins are given away for free and then gold coins purchases are optional makes LuckyLand Slots and other sweepstakes casinos legal.

LuckyLand Slots Bonuses and Promotions

Like all sweepstakes casinos, LuckyLand Slots has quite a few different bonuses to choose from, including no deposit, first purchase, and daily login. Here is a breakdown of the current LuckyLand Slots promos:

No Deposit Bonus

LuckyLand Slots has a 10 sweeps coins (worth $10) + 7,777 gold coins no deposit bonus, which is way above the industry average. Most sweepstakes casinos only offer 1 to 5 sweeps coins when you sign up. The no deposit bonus will be automatically added to your LuckyLand Slots account when you sign up, and you don’t have to verify your account.

First Purchase Bonus

LuckyLand Slots has a 100% first-purchase bonus. When you spend $4.99, you will get 50,000 gold coins + 10 free sweeps coins worth $10. While the 100% offers great value, the fact it is only applicable to $4.99 purchases makes it not particularly lucrative.

To get the bonus, just hit the buy coins button, select the first purchase bonus package, and enter your payment details. 10 seconds after I entered my Visa card details, the extra 10 SC were added to my account.

How to Get More LuckyLand Slots Free Sweeps Coins

If you have already used up your no deposit and first purchase bonus, you can still boost your sweeps coins bonus with these promos:

• Daily Login – Sign in to your account at least once every 24 hours and receive 0.3 SC, and then, on the 7th day, score 1 SC. You can also get 400 GC every 4 hours.
• AMOE – Send a handwritten letter requesting free sweeps coins to PO BOX #8486, PORTSMOUTH, NH 03801, and get 5 SC added to your account. Go to LucyLand Slots’ official site and click on Sweeps Rules to find out all of the formation guidelines.
• Social Media Giveaways – Pop over to LuckyLand Slots’ official Facebook page and take part in free giveaways to pick up sweeps coins prizes!
• VIP Program – There are 6 tiers in the VIP Program and 300 levels. The main benefits are getting discounts on purchase packages that can be as high as 450% when you reach the highest levels.

If you claim these bonuses over and over again, you can rack up sizable SC bankrolls. The easiest way to unlock tons of free play is to just spam LuckyLand Slots with handwritten letters, every stamped envelope is good for 5 SC!

How to Play at LuckyLand Slots

LuckyLand Slots has one of the easiest sign up processes I have come across. To get started, simply:

1. Go to luckylandslots.com and hit the sign up button
2. Tap create new account
3. Enter your email and date of birth and create a password
4. Confirm you are 18 + and hit the create account button

The whole process should not take more than 1 minute. LuckyLand Slots requires much less personal information than other sweepstakes sites.

You do not need to worry about verification to start playing at LuckyLand Slots. But you will have to upload your ID and proof of address when it comes time to redeem your cash prize.

Banking

At LuckyLand Slots, you can play casino-style games and win cash prizes without ever making purchases. However, if you want to boost your bankroll, you can purchase gold coins and receive bonus free sweeps coins. See below how purchases and cash prize redemptions work at LuckyLand Slots:

Purchasing Gold Coins

At LuckyLand Slots, you can purchase gold coins via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Trustly, Paysafecard, ACH, and Skrill. There are no fees, and purchases are processed instantly. Here are the different gold coin packages available at LuckyLand Slots:

Redeeming Cash Prizes

At LuckyLand Slots, you can redeem sweeps coins for cash prizes via online bank transfer. The min redemption is 50 SC, and the max is 50,000 SC. All sweeps coins come with a 1x playthrough requirement, and your winnings will hit your bank account within 72 hours. I managed to successfully redeem 75 SC from LuckyLand Slots, and the cash arrived in my account well under the 72-hour cutoff, and I didn’t get charged any fees.

Also, before you redeem your cash prizes, you will need to verify your account. The verification process takes up to 2 days, and you need to upload a picture of your government ID and a recent bank statement that shows your full name and address.

Is LuckyLand Slots Casino Legit?

LuckyLand Slots Casino is legit. They are run by one of the biggest sweepstakes casino operators in the world, VGW, which has been around since 2012. LuckyLand Slots company is registered in Malta, and they are licensed under the MGA.

LuckyLand Slots verifies the identity of all players who wish to make a redemption and appear to be following sweepstakes regulations as they have a no deposit, daily login, and AMOE bonus.

However, there are a couple of red flags. The main one being that LuckyLand Slots’ sister site has been sued in Kentucky and recently had to pay out an $11.75 million settlement to players for offering illegal gambling.

Where is LuckyLand Slots Legal?

LuckyLand Slots is legal in all US states except Connecticut, Delaware, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, and Washington. States where you can play with gold coins only include California, Idaho, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, and West Virginia. You must be 21 years or older to sign up and play at LuckyLand Slots.

Mobile Gameplay

LuckyLand Slots has an official app for Android but not iOS. You can download the Android app via LuckyLand Slot’s website or from the Google Play Store. iPhone users can access LuckyLand Slots via their browser.

Let’s just say LuckyLand Slots’ app and mobile site leave a lot to be desired. They both feature a neon arcade Las Vegas theme that just feels cheap. The mobile site was incredibly slow, I think I spent almost a minute just waiting for it to load so I could sign up. Once you do finally log in, the bright glowing color is overwhelming.

On the positive side, the site and app are very easy to navigate. You can find games, claim bonuses, and purchase gold coins all from the home screen. The games looked ok on my iPhone, but I would hardly call them mobile-first designed. After playing games from Hacksaw and NoLimit City, LuckyLand Slots was a real downgrade!

How to Download LuckyLand Slots App

To get your hands on the LuckyLand Slots Casino app, follow these steps:

1. Open Google Play
2. Search for LuckyLand Slots
3. Tap on the app to start the download
4. Go to your home screen and open the downloaded app
5. Hit the sign up button to create an account

Security and Responsible Gambling

LuckyLand Slots’ website is fully encrypted and secured. They also give away a satisfactory amount of free play via their generous no deposit bonus and 5 SC AMOE, however, their 0.3 SC daily login bonus is a bit on the low side.

LuckyLand Slots has a specific section of their website dedicated to responsible gambling. They have links to free organizations that specialize in treating problem gambling. At LuckyLand Slots, you can also self-exclude yourself for a period of time or permanently self-ban yourself. However, there is no option to set purchase or time limits. It looks to me like LuckyLand Slots is doing the absolute bare minimum when it comes to promoting responsible gambling.

Customer Support

LuckyLand Slots does not have the best customer support. Officially, you can only contact them via email at support@luckylandslots. When I emailed them, it took them over 48 hours to respond, and they only satisfactorily answered 2 out of my 5 questions. It took days going back and forth with them to get all of the information I needed.

You can also try contacting LuckyLand Slots via their Facebook page. However, they didn’t reply when I reached out. This sweepstakes casino should really invest in some professional customer support members and launch live chat.

Tips for Playing at LuckyLand Slots

The best way to win cash at LuckyLand Slots Casino is to first claim every single bonus you can get your hands on, including first purchase, daily login, no deposit, and AMOE. I recommend not playing any games until you have accumulated a minimum of 75 SC. To get the 75 SC, you should bombard LuckyLand Slots with handwritten letters, each one gets you 5 SC.

Once your bankroll is looking healthy, open up blackjack and a free blackjack calculator to help you play the perfect basic strategy. Then play 1 SC hand of blackjack until you have completed the 1x playthrough requirement. If you follow these tips, you should end up with over 50 SC in profit, and you can redeem your cash prize via bank transfer.

Areas LuckyLand Slots Could Improve

A big area where LuckyLand Slots Casino could improve is game selection. Other sweepstakes casinos have 3x to 4x as many games and have a wide range of titles that you can’t find at LuckyLand Slots, including live dealer games, fish games, and specialty titles like dice, HiLo, crash, and plinko.

Also, most of LuckyLand Slots games are made in-house. While the games are fair and have been tested, they can’t compete with titles from top providers like Booming Games and 3 Oaks Gaming, which you can find at other sweepstakes casinos. However, it’s great to see a few providers being added like NetEnt, Relax Gaming, and ReelPlay. This is a step in the right direction and we hope the site continues to grow.

Also, I couldn’t find the RTPs for most of the slot games at LuckyLand Slots, which is a red flag. I expect greater transparency and want to know exactly what win rate I can expect.

The LuckyLand Slot website and app also have a very low-quality feeling. The bright neon colors and arcade theme just look cheap. Also, it took me ages just to fire up the mobile website. The whole thing needs a complete overhaul. Go to LuckyLand Slots website and then compare it to Stake.us’, it’s like night and day!

Review Summary

LuckyLand Slots has some potential and a great $10 no deposit but ultimately falls short in terms of games and site design. They only have 120 slot games, jackpots, instant wins, and just one table game, and offer a poor gaming experience compared to the latest releases from BGaming, Habanero, and other providers you find at other sweepstakes casinos. Also, LuckyLand Slots has an outdated, slow site with a very unappealing theme.

LuckyLand Slots Sister Casinos

LuckyLand Slots is owned by VGW Group, which also runs Chumba Casino, which is one of the original sweepstakes casinos that was launched in 2012. VGW also runs Global Poker, the biggest sweepstakes poker site in the world along with LuckyLand Casino, which mainly consists of slot titles.
