In this guide, I go over how the Mr Beast Casino App scam works to ensure you don’t fall victim to it — or any other similar scam, for that matter. I will also show you how to identify legitimate sites and even point you to a few trustworthy casinos recommended by our experts where you can actually make a profit without spending a dime.
Is Mr Beast Behind the Mr Beast Casino App?

James Donaldson, better known by his internet moniker Mr Beast, is a famous YouTuber with over 310 million subscribers on his main channel alone. In addition to being a successful content creator, Mr Beast is also well-known for his philanthropy, which includes paying for eye surgery for 1,000 people, building wells in Africa, purchasing hearing devices for deaf people, giving away cash, and much more.
However, while Mr Beast uses his popularity to grow his business and help even more people, others exploit his charitable nature and philanthropic endeavors for profit — in this case, by scamming people with the fake Mr Beast Casino App.
While some players might go as far and claim that Mr Beast himself is behind the app, I don’t believe that to be the case. In fact, to my knowledge, Mr Beast does not endorse any casino or gambling establishment just yet. And even though nobody’s certain who exactly is behind the Mr Beast Casino App, I’m positive that Mr Beast is not affiliated with it.
How Does the Mr Beast Casino App Work?

Mr Beast Casino App gained traction after numerous ads appeared on social media platforms depicting Mr Beast himself and other celebrities endorsing the app. Unfortunately, all of these videos were created using deepfake technology, which leverages the power of artificial intelligence to create fake audio recordings, images, and even videos.
The ads for the Mr Beast Casino App featured celebrities like Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Andrew Tate, and Tyler Toney from the “Dude Perfect” podcast endorsing the app. The celebrities claimed they’ve tried the app and made thousands in profits while rarely losing any money, wondering how an app like that can even exist.
You could even see ads featuring CNN and Fox News hosts Sean Hannity and Laura Ingraham reporting about the new app. The news hosts claimed Mr Beast simply invented a new way to give away cash, thanking him for it and saying they would definitely try the app. Ironically, they also warned players to be wary of fakes and download the original app from the links included with the ad.
Is the Mr Beast Casino App Legit?
To be perfectly clear — Mr Beast Casino App is most definitely a scam and the only goal of the people behind the app is to have you download and install the app, which is a major security risk.
Fake apps like the Mr Beast Casino app often prey on new players who are lured in by all the easy money they can win. By using deepfake technology and images of internet celebrities who are known for their generosity, apps like these can trick even veteran players.
Most of these apps operate the same and they share a common goal, which is to trick you into throwing cash at their creators. For example, they’ll have you deposit cash into a non-existing casino, and the money will simply end up in the scammers’ pockets.
Some scammers even create functional casino apps or games that you’ll get to play, only to discover that all the games are rigged and that you never had the chance of winning in the first place. Others even create elaborate scams and have “casino representatives” decline to cash you out for “breaking the casino’s policies.”
Sadly, that’s the best-case scenario because some fake casino apps will have you go through a standard KYC procedure. These are often done by legitimate casinos to verify your identity, prevent underage gambling, or any other fraudulent activity. However, fake casinos use these to request your personal information, your SSN, or even your card and bank details, leading to significant financial loss or even identity theft.
How to Avoid Online Casino Scams
Mr Beast Casino App is just one of many similar apps that try to use Mr Beast’s image to scam unsuspecting players, and there are plenty more apps that you should be mindful of.

- One of the previous iterations of scams that relied on Mr Beast’s popularity was The Beast Plinko app, which you could seemingly download from Google Play and the App Store. However, the download link would take you to a third-party site, which was made to look like official Google/Apple store pages.
- The Finger on the App 1 and Finger on the App 2 were designed to resemble some of Mr Beast’s games and giveaways. The goal was to hold your finger on your screen the longest to receive rewards, which of course never happened.
- The $1,000 Dollar Giveaway was yet another promotion designed to have you subscribe and leave your personal information with the site — the promotion was made to drive traffic to scam sites and potentially steal your personal data.
- Well-known scams also involved fake casino games, such as Mr Beast Land of Sweet Bonanza and the Plin Ko Whai App. Other questionable sites even created entire casinos using Mr Beast’s image, such as the MrBet Casino, which is not affiliated with Mr Beast in any shape or form.
Distinguishing between real and fake advertisements is becoming increasingly difficult, especially with the latest advancement in deepfake technology. My best bit of advice to avoid getting scammed is to use common sense — if something seems too good to be true, it most likely isn’t.
Other than that, you should only trust the official channels. For example, you can mouse over a link in your browser, and a popup will appear in the bottom right or left corner, showing you the exact URL where the link will take you. That way, you can reduce the risk of ending up on fake or scam sites.
How to Pick a Safe and Trustworthy Casino
Perhaps the best way to avoid being scammed online by a fake casino or an app is to learn how to identify a safe and reputable casino — some of the methods even we use when reviewing online sweepstakes casinos.
- Verify if the casino has a legitimate gambling license from well-known providers, such as the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC), or a license that allows it to operate in your jurisdiction.
- Check whether your connection to the casino is secure. You can click the padlock icon on your browser’s search bar, which will show you whether the casino’s connection is safe, what security measures they use, and whether their SSL certificate is still valid.
- Read casino reviews. That way, you’ll have the best insight into what the casino has to offer and how it treats its players. Sites like ours are an excellent starting point where you can find the best casinos in the business, all of which are secure and trustworthy. And for even more information, you can always check player reviews.
- Review the casino’s payment methods. It goes without saying that you should only play at casinos that allow you to deposit and withdraw cash using banking options with a proven track record. If the casino offers a proprietary payment option, my advice would be to steer clear of it.
Mr Beast Casino App — Trusted Alternatives
Even though Mr Beast Casino App is most definitely a scam, there are plenty of alternatives out there where you can win real money without having to spend a dime. And yes, I’m talking about legit sweepstakes casinos.
Instead of real cash, these casinos operate using virtual currency, known as Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. Unlike traditional online casinos, sweepstakes casinos do not require a gambling license, which makes them legal even in states where standard online casinos are not available.
Apart from the virtual currency bit, sweepstakes casinos aren’t all too different from standard casinos — you can use Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins to play casino-style games, and once you have enough coins, you can redeem Sweeps Coins for gift cards or real cash prizes.
The best part is that most sweepstakes casinos allow you to get a ton of Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins entirely for free through numerous bonuses and promotions. As soon as you clear the wagering requirements, which are generally extremely low in sweepstakes casinos and range between 1x and 3x only, you can cash in your bonus coins and walk away just a tad richer.
If that sounds like something that’s right up your alley, then you’re in for a treat — we’ve already reviewed dozens of the best sweepstakes casinos available in the US. Every casino on our list is secure, trustworthy, and has an excellent reputation among the players.
My recommendations are the king of crypto sweepstakes, Stake.us, and WOW Vegas, which just got a brand-new look. Of course, you can’t go wrong no matter what casino you pick from our list. And if you really can’t make up your mind, you can always try a few of the newest sweeps casinos and collect all the free coins you can get.
